Identity & Payout Review

This page describes the controls implemented by the current Solara software. It does not claim that Solara is a regulated firm or that an automated KYC/AML provider is integrated. The operator must obtain independent legal advice and approve a jurisdiction-specific process before enabling real-value settlement.

1. Simulated access

Account creation, demo access and simulated trading do not currently require an identity-document upload. Every trade and balance shown in the terminal is simulated.

2. Real-value payout review

A payout request may be paused or rejected while the operator reviews age, identity, residency, sanctions exposure, account ownership, duplicate accounts, unauthorized access, prohibited trading or control of the destination address. Passing simulated account rules does not override that review.

3. No document-upload claim

The current application does not contain a KYC document portal and does not claim to store passports, selfies or proof-of-address documents. Do not send identity documents through ordinary email unless the operator has published a secure, reviewed process for doing so.

4. Settlement remains operator-controlled

Solara never stores a treasury private key. An approved native-SOL payout must be signed through an independent hardware or MPC custody process, then verified by the application from its finalized Solana transaction signature.

5. Restricted access

Users are responsible for confirming that simulated evaluations, native-SOL payments and crypto rewards are permitted where they live. The operator may restrict a country, user, address or transaction when required by law or a documented risk review. No fixed restricted-country list is represented as complete on this pre-launch site.

6. Data minimisation

The application stores account details, security events, simulated trading data, public Solana addresses and transaction signatures needed to operate and audit the service. Private keys and seed phrases are never requested. See the Privacy Policy for the current data inventory.
