Payout Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This policy explains how eligible profit rewards from Solara Futures simulated trading accounts are requested, reviewed and settled. The limits and eligibility rules displayed on your plan and account are the source of truth for that account.
1. Eligibility
A request can be submitted only when the account is active, the plan's minimum trading-day and profit requirements have been met, no blocking rule review is open, and the requested amount is within the plan's current minimum, maximum and profit-share limits.
2. Native-SOL settlement
Payouts are settled only as native SOL on Solana. The user enters a Solana address for each request; Solara never asks the user to connect a wallet or disclose a seed phrase or private key.
- The destination address is locked when the request is submitted.
- The USD reward amount is converted to lamports using a time-stamped SOL/USD price quote.
- A request is marked paid only after the exact transfer is finalized on Solana.
- The transaction signature is recorded and can be independently checked on a Solana explorer.
Users are responsible for entering an address that can receive native SOL. On-chain transfers cannot be reversed after finalization.
3. Review and identity checks
Solara may require identity, age, residency, sanctions or account-control checks before releasing value. A request may be paused while suspected rule abuse, duplicate accounts, unauthorized access or inaccurate information is reviewed.
4. Account impact
An approved reward reduces the simulated account balance by the gross payout amount. The portal shows the resulting balance and risk buffer before submission so the effect is transparent.
5. Rejection or cancellation
A request may be rejected if it is outside the account's rules, depends on prohibited trading activity, fails verification, or provides an invalid destination. A request cannot be edited after it enters processing; support must cancel it before a replacement is submitted.
6. Taxes and local restrictions
Users are responsible for taxes and for confirming that participation and receipt of crypto rewards are permitted in their jurisdiction. Solara may restrict access where required.
7. Support
For payout questions, contact hello@solara-futures.com and include the payout request reference. Never send a seed phrase or private key.
