Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 July 2026
Pre-launch status. These Terms reflect the current pre-release platform and its simulated trading services. Real-value settlement must remain disabled until the operator has completed the required legal, operational and jurisdictional review.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Solara Futures website, applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"). In these Terms, "Solara", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Service. By creating an account, purchasing an evaluation or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Agreement and policy framework
These Terms incorporate the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Refund Policy, Prohibited Trading Practices, Payout Policy and Identity & Payout Review policy. Together, those documents form the agreement governing your use of Solara.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, its rules or applicable requirements. The updated version will show a revised date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and use the Service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for confirming that simulated evaluations, native-SOL payments and crypto-denominated rewards are permitted in your location.
We may restrict or refuse access where required by law, platform policy or a documented risk review.
3. Accounts and security
Registration information must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account until unauthorized access is reported to us.
- Each account may be controlled and used by one individual only.
- Account sharing, credential sharing and third-party account operation are prohibited.
- Multiple accounts must not be used to bypass rules, restrictions, allocation limits or enforcement decisions.
- We may request identity, residency, account-control or security information before permitting continued access or settlement.
4. Simulated trading service
Solara is a simulated trading evaluation platform. Trades are not sent to a live exchange, account balances are hypothetical and no customer capital is invested through the Service.
Solara is not presented as a broker, dealer, exchange, investment manager or financial adviser. Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal or tax advice. Simulated performance is hypothetical, may differ materially from live-market performance and is subject to the limitations set out in the Risk Disclosure.
5. Evaluations and account rules
Each evaluation and qualified simulation account is governed by the plan rules displayed at purchase and in the account portal. Those rules may include profit targets, drawdown limits, daily loss limits, minimum trading days, consistency requirements, position limits and payout conditions.
The live account ledger and rule engine determine compliance. A displayed balance or profit does not override a rule breach, pending review or settlement restriction.
6. Payments and fees
Prices are displayed in USD. A checkout converts the price into a short-lived native-SOL quote and provides a Solana address and exact transfer amount. Payment is verified from the finalized Solana transaction signature.
- Evaluation fees purchase access to the selected simulated evaluation.
- Reset fees restart an eligible evaluation and become non-refundable once the reset is processed.
- Activation fees may apply before a qualified simulation account is provisioned and are non-refundable once processed.
- No recurring billing is used. Every additional purchase requires a separate, explicit checkout.
Solara does not connect to your wallet, request token approval, store a private key or initiate an automatic transfer. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the Service, manipulate the simulated environment or obtain results through conduct that could not reasonably occur in the referenced market. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Latency arbitrage, stale-price exploitation, automated fill exploitation or unrealistic high-frequency order activity.
- Cross-account hedging, coordinated trading or unauthorized trade mirroring.
- Use of multiple identities, accounts or devices to circumvent limits or enforcement.
- Interference with the trading engine, data feeds, security controls or risk systems.
- Fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized access or misuse of another person's account.
- Presenting simulated results as verified live-market performance.
The complete restrictions and review standards are set out in the Prohibited Trading Practices policy.
8. Reviews, suspension and termination
We may investigate suspected rule violations, fraud, security incidents, duplicate accounts or inaccurate information. During a review, we may restrict trading, purchases, account access or payout processing.
We may warn, suspend or terminate an account where these Terms or an incorporated policy has been breached. Simulated profits attributable to prohibited conduct may be adjusted or voided. Any refund or payout consequence remains subject to the applicable policy and mandatory law.
9. Payout requests
Payout eligibility is determined by the selected plan, the account ledger, completed trading requirements and any required identity or risk review. Passing an evaluation does not create an unconditional right to payment.
Where enabled, approved payouts are settled as native SOL to the address confirmed for the request. Finalized blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Full terms are set out in the Payout Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, branding, graphics, documentation and original content, is owned by Solara or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
11. Service availability and third-party data
The Service may rely on third-party market data, blockchain infrastructure and hosting providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free data or continuous access. We may pause or modify features to protect users, correct data, maintain systems or respond to provider failures.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that simulated results will be repeatable in live markets or that third-party data will always be accurate, complete or timely.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solara and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes loss of data, opportunity, profit or goodwill.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability in connection with the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to Solara during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Solara for losses, claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, material breach of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights.
15. Governing terms and disputes
Before starting formal proceedings, each party should attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith written communication. The production operator must specify the governing law and competent forum in the final public version of these Terms before real-value services are enabled.
16. General provisions
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without written consent.
